The short version: Cuilvor is a tracking and coaching tool for your own health data. It is not a doctor, you keep ownership of your data, don't abuse the service, and early-access software comes without warranties.
Cuilvor lets you log health information, upload test results, and receive AI-generated summaries and coaching suggestions based on your own data. Access is currently invite-only and provided as an early-access preview; features may change.
Cuilvor is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Outputs are informational. Out-of-range results are flagged for discussion with your own doctor. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something Cuilvor said. If you may be experiencing an emergency, call 999 (UK) or your local emergency number.
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. You retain all rights to the data you log; you grant us only the licence needed to store and process it to run the service for you. You can export or delete your data at any time.
If you connect an Anthropic or OpenAI API key, you are responsible for that account and its usage costs. Your key is used only for your own requests. Keep it valid and funded for AI features to work.
No attempting to access other users' data, probing or disrupting the service, reverse-engineering the security model, or using Cuilvor for anyone's data but your own (or that of someone who has authorised you).
Early-access software is provided "as is", without warranties, and may be interrupted or changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On closure, your data is deleted per the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest survive. Questions or acquisition enquiries: hello@cuilvor.com.
